What a warm January day....near 60 degrees makes you forget about snow and cold and boots and gloves.  We had snow this weekend though.  It was a treat to wake up to a white covering.  Nothing heavy just beautiful white dusting.

Mason decided he was going out before breakfast, pj's and all.  He put on his coat and shoes (no socks) and scooted around on the back deck.  He didn't have trouble talking Meagan into going out to play a few hours later. She even scraped and shoveled the driveway.

I love the natural light that is reflected off the snow.

Tomorrow we will celebrate the Spirit of Christmas in January and the next day marks the one year anniversary for my blog.  Then Friday starts my 2 week count-down to a fun little excursion I have planned with my mom, sisters, a certain newborn niece and a few good friends.

Here's what I have made for Haley so far.  Shhhh, don't tell her mom but I'm gonna get her started with the shoe thing early.
